Meet Newborn, Elisa!

Visitors to family day out favourite Odds Farm Park will love to meet adorable calf Elisa!

Born recently to mum, Turkish Delight, a British White Cow, Elisa is settling in well to life at Odds Farm Park and especially enjoying the sunshine!

Visitors on a day out will be pleased to know that they can see Elisa and Turkish Delight when on a Tractor Ride as they are in the Top Field. With plenty more newborns at the farm, there’s plenty of furry friends to meet!

In addition to meeting the new arrivals this Summer, children will love to take part in the Daily Animal Activities and Demonstrations.  From “Funny Bunnies” to Bottle Feeding the older Lambs and the “Meet the Animals”, all the Activities and Demonstrations are supervised by the friendly Livestock Team.

Sheep Racing Is Back

Families looking for a great day out this May Half Term should look no further than children’s farm, Odds Farm Park. Now back, and taking place daily until October (weather permitting) is the ever popular Sheep Racing!

With a specially built mini race track with jumps and bends, eager sheep with miniature jockeys, it is an event not to miss at family day out favourite, Odds Farm Park.  Plus, guess the winning sheep and take home a Medal!

Plus, as an extra special treat, on Monday to Friday (26th May to 30th May) during Half Term, children will love to watch the Sheep Shearing Demonstrations!

There’s stacks of fun planned!  From the moment children arrive and before Odds Farm Park opens to the public, there’s exclusive play in the Giant Indoor Playbarn – it’s the perfect day out for children.

Plus with scheduled activities in the private and secure Play Room and stacks of animal fun and outdoor play fun, children from ages 4-12 years won’t want to miss it! Parents will also be pleased to learn that all meals, snacks and drinks are included.

So Many Babies To Meet

From cheeky Pygmy Goat Kids to noisy little Berkshire Piglets and plenty of fluffy Lambs of many breeds including Herdwick, Castlemilk Moorit, Balwen, Greyface Dartmoor and Whiteface Woodland, all the new arrivals are settling in well to life on the farm.

Visitors on a day out will be pleased to learn that they can meet the new arrivals in either the Undercover Animal Barns or outside Paddocks.  With plenty more newborns due over the coming weeks, some lucky visitors may even be lucky enough to see a birth!
