Tiny And Beatrix At Odds Farm Park
It’s a happy ending for Tiny, a British White cow from Odds Farm Park who has recently fostered Beatrix a cute and friendly Jersey calf! To look at them, Tiny and Beatrix make a very unusual pairing but together they have settled extremely well and are very happy.
It is easy to see the difference between a British White cow and a Jersey cow. Children on a day out can identify British White Cows by their white hair (although unusually they have black skin underneath). They can identify Jersey Cows by their light brown silky coat and beautiful dark eyes.
Tiny and Beatrix are currently in a field on their own to be seen by visitors on a day out but will soon move to the Dipple Field - where the Tractor and Trailer ride goes - with the rest of the British White herd.
Award winning kid’s farm Odds Farm Park provides a fantastic day out for all the family and is easily reached from West London, London, Berkshire, North London, Buckinghamshire and Oxford. It is very close to Maidenhead, Marlow, Uxbridge and Beaconsfield. For more information, directions and prices visit the family days out website www.oddsfarm.co.uk

Celestia The Exmoor Pony At Odds Farm Park
Staff at family day out favourite recently welcomed the arrival of a new Exmoor Pony named Celestia.
Visitors to the family day out favourite will love to meet 1 year old Celestia, who came to Odds Farm from an Exmoor breeder in Hertfordshire. Visitors on a day out will see that Celestia is a very pretty pony and very friendly too! She is now living with the farm’s Shetland ponies in the paddocks and can be seen by visitors on a day out.

Exmoor ponies are a rare breed with less than 1000 worldwide and are “endangered” on the Rare Breeds Survival Trust list. There are just 300 breeding mares producing 130 foals annually, 150 of the mares are still living free on Exmoor and the remainder throughout Britain.
Family day out favourite, Odds Farm Park is easily reached from Beaconsfield, Amersham, Chesham, Gerrards Cross, High Wycombe, Great Missenden and Wendover. For more information, directions and prices visit the family days out website www.oddsfarm.co.uk

The farm staff at popular children’s farm Odds Farm Park are keeping extra busy with the recent arrival of two new calves!

The cute kid goats are specially trained to drink from bottles, and children on a day out can get close to them with this fun hands-on experience.
Some of the kids are pure-bred Saanen, a white or cream-colored breed of goat from the Saanen Valley in Switzerland. Saanan goats are mainly bred for their milk and are calm and mild mannered and very good with children. The others are Saanen crossed with either British Alpine or Toggenburgs.
The new activity is proving very popular with visitors on a day out! On a day out with the family to this kids farm, children can meet plenty of cute farm animals and other daily activities currently taking place include Piggies Tea Time, Rabbit Time, Egg Collecting and Cow Milking.
