Christmas Triplets at Odds Farm Park

Santa has just given another early Christmas present to childrens farm Odds Farm Park. In the early hours of Monday 14 December, resident Jacob Sheep, Angel, gave birth to cute Christmas triplets and to coincide with the festive season the lambs have been named after the gifts from the three Wise Men, Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh. The new family is already on show and getting plenty of attention from those on days out at this childrens farm.

Plus, on Tuesday 15 December a single lamb was also born at this childrens farm and with another ewe still due to lamb, children on a day out might be lucky enough to see one born.

Said Clare Middleton, Livestock Manager at this kids farm; “We weren’t sure if the lambs would come before Christmas and are absolutely delighted. The new families are settling in well and are in the Main Barn for children to see.”

In addition to the baby lambs, days out for children also include numerous other farm animals and no visit is complete without a play in the Playbarn with the Bale Climb, Astra Slide and Ride-on Toys.
