Family day out favourite, Odds Farm Park, recently welcomed Edna French who celebrated her 100th birthday with a day out at this children’s farm.

Edna was born on 28 July 1910 and spent most of her life on a farm on the Isle of Sheppey.  From the age of 14, she worked looking after children for the owners of a pub on the island.  It was there she met her future husband, James French, a shepherd.  She was widowed 40 years ago and moved to Chalfont St Peter in 2002.
