Proud mum, Muffin has recently given birth to twin Pygmy goat kids at family day out favourite, Odds Farm Park.  The new additions, both girls, have been named Bluebell and Buttons.  Muffin was born in 2006 and is a great mum who has had numerous kids before.   Some happy visitors on a day out were lucky enough to see her give birth to the new arrivals!

Children’s Farm, Odds Farm Park, has plenty of cute baby animals and even more are expected soon. As well as the beautiful kid goats, there are mischievous piglets, cute calves, fluffy chicks and adorable lambs which visitors can see in the large undercover Animal Barns and outside paddocks.

On 7 March, Odds Farm Park’s resident Jersey cow, Tinsel gave birth to an adorable baby boy who has been named Bertie.

Tinsel was born on 20 December 2008 at Odds Farm Park and has grown up with the herd.  Now a proud mother herself, visitors on a day out can meet her and cute Bertie in the large undercover Animal Barns.

The arrival of Bertie will also see the return of the daily Cow Milking Demonstrations.  Jersey cows are famous for producing excellent quality milk and visitors on a day out will see how cows are milked using modern farming methods.

Another cute litter of piglets has recently been born at family day out favourite, Odds Farm Park.  The cheeky new arrivals were born to first time mum Bramble, a Middlewhite sow and dad Arthur, a Gloucestershire Old Spot boar.

Staff at the popular children’s day out venue – who arrived just as the last piglet was being born – have said that Bramble is proving to be an excellent mother.
In addition, visitors to the kid’s farm park can see even more new arrivals as a litter of piglets were also born to mum, Snoopy, on 23 February.  Snoopy, a Saddleback pig has given birth to many litters of piglets before and some visitors on a day out at the farm were lucky enough to see the new arrivals born!
Visitors on a day out can meet all the new arrivals now in the large undercover Animal Barns.

Children can also run wild in the Indoor Playbarn where they can scramble the Bale Climb, zoom down the Astra Slide and board Ride-on Toys. In addition, Odds Farm Park has an indoor, toddler Soft Play Area which is loved by the younger visitors on a day out.
