A super cute Christmas present has arrived early at Odds Farm Park in the form of an adorable calf!
Born to proud mum Ermintrude, the new arrival has been named Frankie and is settling in well to life on the farm. Visitors on a day out can meet Frankie in the Undercover Animal Barns.
Visitors to Odds Farm Park will be interested to learn that Jersey Cows were originally bred within the Channel Island of Jersey. They descended from cattle stock brought over from France and was first recorded as a separate breed around 1700.
Jersey Cows have a very gentle nature and can be recognised by their light brown silky coat. They also have the most amazing beautiful dark eyes.
