Update at 10.03.2022

Thank you for your patience whilst there have been difficulties with our online payments system.

We can confirm that we’re now able to accept advanced online bookings for transactions using VISA card payment only – we will be unable to accept bookings using MasterCard (or American Express) payments, however do hope this will be available in the coming weeks.

Unfortunately, this is due to an issue MasterCard is currently resolving with our online payment gateway provider, following an update that was made by banks to their online security requirements.

Great news, we have improved the booking system, so that you can now create a customer account to save your details, making booking for your next visit even quicker.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, please be assured that we are continuing to work very closely with our booking provider and hope to have this rectified very soon.

Please be aware that although we were able to accept “walk-up” admissions whilst this issue was ongoing, we will again require all guests to make an advanced online booking for their next visit, and pre-booking will again be essential.

Changes to the Booking Process- What’s New?

We’re pleased to confirm some new changes to the way guests make advanced online bookings, which includes the following:

  • Both Member and General Admission tickets can now be added to the basket at the same time, allowing guests to make just one booking for both ticket types. Term Time Pass Holders will continue to make bookings in the same way as previously.
  • Members and Term Time Pass Holders will no longer be required to pay a refundable booking fee in order to secure their booking. However please note, this important update will be subject to review.
  • When booking tickets, guests will now be able to save their details and create a customer account, making your next booking even quicker and easier.

Need Any Further Help?

If you have any further questions, or if you already hold a booking and wish to make an amendment, please contact us with your new date and time.

Once again, thank you for your understanding – we look forward to welcoming you to Odds Farm Park again very soon.

24th December 2021

Dear Friends of Odds Farm Park,

Following the confirmation this week that there will be no changes to the Government COVID guidelines before Christmas, we are delighted to welcome you to enjoy some post-Boxing Day fun here at Odds Farm Park!

Should the situation change and further Government restrictions come into place, we will of course notify all guests via email and our social media channels, however in the meantime please see below some important information on how we will be operating after the festive season:

Operating Hours

The Farm Park will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day, otherwise we will be operating our usual opening hours of 09.30am – 5.30pm, up to 5th January.*

*Odds Farm Park will close early at 3:30pm on 31st December.

Please be aware that Odds Farm Park will also be closed on Thursday 6th January. This is to enable us to de-rig all our seasonal staging and outside Christmas displays safely, and transform the Farm Park back to its more familiar setup from 7th January.

Indoor Soft Play

Guests will be able to join one of our 2-hour soft play sessions taking place throughout the day (09.30am -11.30am, 11.30am – 1.30pm, 1.30pm – 3.30pm or 3.30pm – 5.30pm). Visitors will not be required to book into a session, but capacity will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

All adults will be required to wear a face covering whilst in our Indoor Play Barn (unless otherwise exempt)

Meeting Our Animals

Our guests will be welcome to meet and feed our animals in the Undercover Animal Barn during their visit.

*Animal Feed is available to purchase along with online tickets or separately at the Admissions Desk.

Hygiene & Cleaning

We will continue to provide the numerous hand sanitising stations, alongside the necessary hand washing facilities throughout the Farm Park also, alongside our enhanced cleaning procedures.

Seasonal Activities

In light of recent changes regarding Coronavirus numbers, we have taken the decision to not operate our ‘12 Days After Christmas’ performances as planned. Guests will however still be able to enjoy plenty of festive fun, including our Winter Explorer Trail, takeaway Seasonal Crafts and our Tree by Twinklelight displays taking place on the Farm.*

* Available until 5th January 2021.

Face Coverings

Guests will be required to wear a face covering (unless otherwise exempt) when entering the Undercover Animal Barn, when entering and exiting the Farm Park, and any other point that requires them to enter an indoor space during their visit.

We ask that you take responsibility and the necessary actions, in accordance with the government Restrictions, when deciding if you and your family are able to visit.

Rest assured we will continue to take the appropriate steps and work within the evolving Government guidelines, and will continue to communicate with you all through our website, across all our social media channels and mailings too.

We wish you all a very healthy and happy Christmas with your loved ones and we all look forward to welcoming you at Odds Farm Park very soon.

With our very best Christmas wishes,

Natascha, Steve and Jackie

CEO & Owners, Odds Farm Park Ltd.

Enjoy a frightfully fun day out with all the family this Halloween, 23rd-31st October with additional pumpkin picking weekends throughout October.

With the lifting of Government restrictions, here at Odds Farm Park we want to ensure that all our guests and staff alike, continue to have the best day out, in the safest way possible.

Over the last 18 months our guests have expressed to us, how enjoyable their experience has been and how it has been further enhanced, through the creation of even wider open spaces, the introduction of a timed admission entry system into the farm park and the controlled capacities in particular areas, all of which have added to improved guest experiences and great positive feedback.

Freedom Day brings a set of new and exciting, yet challenging changes again, with the creation of our next ‘new’ normal into the Summer.

We recognise that this will be interpreted in different ways, by all our guests visiting the farm park and so for now and with effect from Monday 19th July, we will be operating in the following way:

Admissions & Tickets:

We will continue with all guests and members requiring to book online and in advance, ensuring that there are less queues and that our farm park capacity can provide a safe space for all our guests to enjoy throughout their visit.

Face Coverings:

Whilst face coverings are no longer required by law, we will continue to encourage these to be worn in enclosed and busier spaces, in particular, face coverings will continue to be required in the Play Barn, by all our guests and our staff too, in line with government recommendations, unless exempt.

Tea Room & Food Offer

We will be re-opening an initially reduced ‘counter service’ food offer in our Tea Room, alongside our popular Food App, which will continue for food collection and take-away options too. Contactless, takeaway points remain in the Coffee Bar and at the Airstream too!

Hygiene & Cleaning

We will continue to provide the numerous hand sanitising stations, alongside the necessary hand washing facilities throughout the farm park also, along with enhanced cleaning procedures.

As always, we will review these changes and the evolving situation throughout the Summer, and take on board all our guest and staff feedback.

We look forward to seeing you very soon!

Stay Safe,
