All guests attending the Christmas Cracker Experience will be able to enjoy full access to Odds Farm Park, including our undercover Animal Barn, Outdoor adventure play areas, indoor soft play, programme of farmer-led animal activities and much more! You may arrive any time from the Farm opening at 10:00am.* Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked time to allow plenty of time for Farm entry and to begin your experience smoothly. * Booked a 10:00am (or earlier) experience?time? Please arrive 30 minutes before your experience?time — we’ll be ready and waiting just for you.

You must pre-book your Christmas Cracker experience in advance online.  Annual Membership and Term Time Pass holders will also be required to present a valid membership card on their date of visit. Term Time Pass Holders can purchase the ‘Member Child Cracker Ticket’, for dates that the Term Time Pass is valid on. For alternative dates, the full price ‘Child Cracker Ticket’ will be applicable. Members or Term Time Pass holders will be asked to book their place, free of charge, so that Santa Claus is prepared with how many guests to expect with every child taking part.

All children wishing to meet Santa Claus and receive a take home gift must have a Christmas Experience Ticket. This applies to all children, including those under 1 year old, as well as Child Annual Members and Term Time Pass Holders. Annual Members and Term Time Pass Holders must purchase a Member Child Christmas Experience Ticket and present a valid Annual Membership or Term Time Pass card on the day of their visit.

The only way to guarantee your visit is to book early; we expect the Christmas Cracker 2026 to sell out!

We request that guests ensure to arrive at Odds Farm Park at least 30 minutes before your ‘Join the  Queue’ time.

It is important for guests to arrive promptly for their booked time, and please be aware that late arrivals may be asked to return at an alternative  time.

Please be aware that the time you have booked is the start of your experience, not the exact time you will meet Santa Claus. Your journey begins as you journey?through to the North Pole, where the magic starts. Meeting Santa Claus takes place partway through the experience, after exploring the festive scenes?that lead you deeper into the Christmas adventure. There is an element of queuing involved, both as part of the experience itself and before meeting Santa. We appreciate your patience in helping us create a magical and memorable visit for all families

You are welcome to attend Odds Farm Park from the time of opening at 10am, until our close, as part of their booking. For guests who have booked to commence their experience at 15:00 or later, we recommend entering the Farm at least 2 hours earlier.

This will give guests sufficient time to enjoy all Christmas Activities on offer, including entertainment and Tree by Twinklelight Shows.

Santa Claus can welcome a maximum of 10 people in his grotto at any one time. This total includes all participating children as well as any accompanying adults. Please ensure your group does not exceed this limit. If it does, any additional adults will be asked to wait outside and will not be able to enter the grotto.

Guests are advised to set aside 1.5 hours to complete the experience. Queuing forms part of the Christmas Cracker experience, and guests should expect there to be some queuing as part of their experience. For those who may find this more challenging, we recommend making your booking during one of our SEN only sessions, where capacity is less and queuing will be reduced.

It is essential that you arrive promptly at the experience arrival point, located inside the?Main Barn. Due to Santa’s very busy schedule:

Late arrivals?cannot?join the session they have missed.

You will instead be accommodated in the?next available session.

Please note: this may be on a?different date or time, depending on availability.

Guests will be asked to leave all non-essential buggies and pushchairs in the designated Buggy Park area during their Christmas Cracker experience. Essential buggies or pushchairs must be no bigger than a single width pushchair.

Yes, our Christmas elf will take a photo of you and your family with Father Christmas when you visit him in his grotto. We have various souvenir photo packages available to purchase.rnrnGuests are of course welcome to take  photographs or video with their own camera or phone when visiting Santa.

The farm will close at 17:30 each day. For those with bookings for after 3pm, we recommend arriving at least 2 hours before your experience?time to make the most of the full festivities. Please note that some Farm activities may be closing by the time your Christmas Cracker Experience finishes.

Please allow at least 1.5 hours for your full experience. Families move through at different paces — some may be quicker, others may enjoy taking their time — but we suggest planning for this duration. You are welcome to visit anytime from 10am to make the most of your visit.
