Rare Breeds Month at Odds Farm Park

This September we are once again celebrating our own Rare Breeds Month, and we are extremely proud to work alongside the Rare Breed Survival Trust as one of only 24 ‘Approved Farm Parks’ to help promote and safeguard the welfare of many rare breeds native to the UK.

Representing our national identity and part of our rich heritage here in the UK, we at Odds Farm Park are passionate to protect our native breeds. Some of our animals are as rare as the Giant Panda or Sumatran Tiger, and we want to be able to welcome visitors to meet and discover our rare breeds for generations to come.

It is through the continued support of visitors at the Farm that we’re able to help grow their numbers and raise awareness for these beautiful animals.

Rare Breeds Month Activities

  • Collect your Rare Breeds Passport and discover stamps around the farm as you meet some of our rarest breeds, with your very own Rare Breeds sticker for taking part!

  • Come to meet our pigs, ponies, cows and much more out in the Animal Paddocks!
