At kids farm Odds Farm Park, the 6 different breeds of sheep are all in active breeding programs and most will be giving birth to cute baby lambs over the next few months; great for families to see on a day out.

The Castlemilk Moorit sheep is the rarest of breeds at this childrens farm. Classed as ‘Vulnerable’ by the Rare Breed Survival Trust, there are less then 900 breeding ewes left in the UK. These rare sheep were bred in Scotland in Castlemilk Park in Dumfriesshire. The breed was created after crossing the Moorit Shetland, Manx Loghtan and wild Moufflon sheep.

On a day out with the family, children can meet plenty of other cute farm animals and take part in animal activities and demonstrations including: the Goat Show, Piggies Tea Time, Cow Milking, as well as the Meet The Animals Show.

Award winning kids farm Odds Farm Park provides a fantastic day out and is easily reached from West London, London, Berkshire, North London, Buckinghamshire and Oxford.
