- When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Odds Farm Park Ltd and you. A contract does not exist between you and Odds Farm Park Ltd for the sale of any tickets, until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.
- Opening hours, events and offers are subject to change, and at times it may be necessary to restrict access to certain facilities. While we will endeavour to publicise any such changes on our website and admission kiosks, we strongly advise checking the relevant details before you arrive.
- Opening hours may differ for Annual Members, and exclusive Member only arrival sessions may be available during certain events.
- The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on Odds Farm Park Ltd website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes – surcharges may apply. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway, whilst we do not accept American Express.
- Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. Tickets are only transferable at our discretion to an alternative date or time if you contact Odds Farm Park Ltd directly at main@oddsfarm.co.uk at least 48 hours before the date you originally booked to visit, and will be subject to a £5.00 administration fee. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit, however we will make all reasonable efforts to do so as long as you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled visit date. Tickets may not be resold.
- Annual Members or Pass Holders may be required to pay a fully refundable booking fee to secure a time slot for entry, or for certain events. Please note that upon arrival and redemption of your booking at Odds Farm Park ltd within the booked arrival session, the booking fee will be manually refunded to a payment card. Bookings and their associated booking fees cannot be cancelled or refunded, but may be transferred to an alternative date at our discretion, with 48 hours’ written notice. If you cancel or you fail to attend, we will retain the booking fee.
- Once purchased, online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to be permitted entry to Odds Farm Park.
- Whilst all children must be accompanied by an adult, likewise all adults must be accompanied by at least one other guest, either a child or another adult, unless prior arrangement has been agreed with Odds Farm Park. Therefore, single adults and unaccompanied children will not be permitted to enter the Farm.
- Odds Farm Park reserves the right to refuse entry. Unacceptable behaviour, aggression and violence will not be tolerated.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that access to Odds Farm Park ltd or the running of its events may be affected as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Odds Farm Park ltd, including but not limited to:
- a. acts of God;
- b. extreme, rare or unpredictable weather conditions;
- c. adverse or inclement weather conditions which make opening Odds Farm Park ltd or carrying out events impossible, impractical or unsafe for staff, Members or Pass Holders, visitors or the animals at Odds Farm Park ltd;
- d. terrorist attack, civil war, commotion or riots or any involvement of the police or fire service which make opening Odds Farm Park ltd or carrying out events impossible, impractical or unsafe for staff, Members or Pass Holders, visitors or the animals at Odds Farm Park ltd;
- e. collapse of buildings, fire, explosion, accident, failure or absence of essential services such as national or local power grid, water or other utilities, power failure or failure of technical or safety facilities; or
- f. any laws, rules, regulations, instructions, orders, advise or guidance from any relevant authority including but not limited to, advice from the Local Authority or Government, that relates directly to Covid-19 and/or any associated variants, and/or any other epidemic, pandemic or communicable disease.
- Where a situation arises under the above clause which requires Odds Farm Park ltd to close, change its opening hours, alter its capacity, cancel or alter any events, or make any other substantial change to its operation, Odds Farm Park ltd will not be obliged to provide any refund or compensation to. Guests are advised to check our website and social media feeds before visiting.
