Every children’s party includes access to our indoor soft play, under cover Animal Barn, and Outdoor Adventure Play Areas, giving children plenty of space to play, explore, and enjoy an action-packed celebration with their friends. You can even add on a ‘Build-a-Bear’ party experience!
After all the excitement, children can sit down to a delicious children’s party meal in one of our stylish, fully air-conditioned and heated party rooms.

All of our parties are based on a minimum of 10 paying children. Our Party Rooms have a capacity of 23 children. We have 1 larger room that can host up to a maximum of 46 children, to secure this room, please select the ‘Large Classic Party’.
Final numbers to be confirmed 10 days prior to the event and we are not able to offer refunds for any reduction in numbers.

Enjoy an action-packed afternoon soft play party perfect for children's parties of all ages!
Our ‘Tea & Tumble’ children’s party package gives children full access to our Indoor Soft Play, where they can jump, climb and slide their way through our giant soft play area.
A dedicated party area is reserved for your group on arrival in the restaurant, and each child will enjoy a freshly prepared children’s party meal of pizza and chips, helping to keep everyone fuelled for the fun.

Access to the Indoor Playbarn from 15:00 – 17:00, with delicious hot pizza and chips served between 16:00-16:30 (Timings to be confirmed upon arrival). Jugs of water and squash will be provided for the children.

We are able to host up to two Tea & Tumble parties per day. Each party will be allocated one of two specially reserved areas within our Restaurant. The specific area assigned to your party may vary depending on availability and capacities.
Final numbers to be confirmed 10 days prior to the event and we are not able to offer refunds for any reduction in numbers, cancellations or no shows.

Gather your group (20+ people including children and adults), grab your pyjamas and get ready for The Sheepover Sleepover, a fun-filled overnight adventure with an evening of play, party food and the chance to spend the night at Odds Farm Park.
This isn't camping. Instead, you'll spend the night inside Odds Farm Park, choosing between sleeping in our giant indoor Soft Play area or the Party Barn. After an evening packed with play, party food and special after-hours access, you'll settle down for a sleepover that children will be talking about long after they've gone home.
From racing down the slides before bedtime to waking up with the farm animals the next morning, The Sheepover is a magical way to experience Odds Farm Park after dark.
Forget individual discounts; you can now secure a discounted rate for your entire party group simply by being a member. If the birthday star, a sibling, or a parent is a member, you unlock a special reduced rate for your entire party package.

Our brand new optional add-on to add to your party to make it extra special this year! Add a magical touch to your celebration with a Build-a-Bear party experience. Guests choose their very own bear, stuff their new friend, add a colourful heart, and finish by creating a birth certificate to take home along with their new teddy friend. A fun and memorable party activity for everyone to enjoy.

Our daughter had her 7th birthday party here, it was very well organised, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the party rooms were lovely everything ready for us Tea & Coffee available for the adults free of charge, the kids had a great time looking around the farm, and they loved the soft play area especially the slides, the party food was lovely all enjoyed and the party bags were great.
My littlest boy went to a 4th birthday party here the other day and I was very impressed. The place was clean, well looked after & had great play facilities both inside & out. They had great fun feeding the animals with a bag of animal food given to each party guest on arrival. They then explored the rest of the farm and play equipment that was perfect for this age group. To finish they had lovely party food in a nicely presented party room and went home with a very nice party bag.
We have attended 3 birthday parties here which they have in a lovely dedicated area where they have their food in their party room, time to see the animals, play indoors and free coffees for the parents which is a bonus!
We offer a variety of delicious food options for our birthday parties, allowing us to cater for a range of tastes and requirements. Therefore, party guests are not permitted to bring their own food or arrange food deliveries from external suppliers.
This policy helps us maintain food safety standards and ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Any food deliveries to the farm will be politely declined.
We ask that all food arrangements follow these guidelines, as bringing in unapproved food or deliveries may affect your party experience.
If you are hosting a Classic party, you will be welcome to bring an entertainer but please note they will need to remain within your party room/ party area and not in the shared communal space. We will also need the entertainer to provide their Public Liability Insurance prior to the date of the visit. Should they need time to set up, this will need to be done within your party time, and they will not be permitted early access.
Please ensure to make us aware you would like to bring an entertainer at least 7 days before your party so we can include them on your guest list as they will need to be paid for as an additional guest.
If you are hosting a Tea & Tumble party, the same rules apply as the Classic Party however, we would generally not recommend bringing an entertainer as it is a shorter party.
Yes! We offer a full range of food and drink add-ons from our party menu, including options that are perfect if you would like to cater for adults attending the celebration too. For an additional charge, we can also offer exclusive indoor soft play hire, silent discos and foam parties, subject to availability. Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements, please ensure you make us aware 7 days prior to the date of your party.
No, we do not allow pinatas for birthday parties, to avoid damages and accidents happening during the party.
Of course! All party hosts are welcome to bring their own celebration cake to their party, however we do ask that you bring any candles and matches too.
For less preparation before the day, we also offer the option to add a birthday cake to your booking. See Goodies & Add Ons for available options when making your booking.
Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations to personalise the party room. However, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are strictly observed:
All balloons must be securely weighted to the floor to ensure safety and prevent damage.
Decorations can be fixed to the designated decoration space within the private party area.
Decorations must not be attached to any of the surfaces, including walls, ceiling, windows, furniture, or fixtures.
Should decorations be placed outside the permitted area, an additional cleaning or decoration fee of £100 will be payable.
Yes, you are able to bring regular birthday candles for the cake and light them within the party space you are provided. However, we do not allow sparkler candles here at the farm.
Yes, we are able to provide a knife for you to use to cut your birthday cake.
Yes, we will provide plates and cups for the food provided for the children. Please note that these are not themed plates and cups.

To secure your party, bookings must be made online through our website. If you need any assistance during the booking process, our team will be happy to help over the phone.
Once you have selected your party package, number of children and any optional extras, payment for these items will be taken at the time of booking.
If you wish to add additional guests, food items or other party extras after making your booking, these can be arranged by contacting our team directly. We offer a range of convenient payment methods for any additional charges.
Final guest numbers, dietary requirements and any outstanding balance must be confirmed and paid no later than 7 days before your party date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate further changes after this deadline, as we will have begun preparing for your celebration.
For classic party packages, either an AM or PM party can be booked. Morning parties will have hire of the party room from 10am-1pm, and afternoon 2pm-5pm. However, for both morning and afternoon parties, guests can stay at the farm for the whole day. Food will be served at 11:45am at the morning parties, and 3:45pm for the afternoon parties.
For Tea & Tumble party packages, the party space is available from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Guests and the party host family can only enter the Farm from 3.30pm with this party package. Food will be served between 4:00pm and 4:30pm, and this will be agreed with you upon arrival.
We ask that all final guest numbers are provided no later than 7 days prior to your event. Additional guests will only receive the discounted rate if pre-booked and added to your guest list. Any guests wanting to join on the day of your party will be required to pay the daily admission rate. We will be unable to cater for any children wanting to participate on the day of the party, however by purchasing a daily admission ticket, they can join you in the party space.

Three toys are included in the Party Bags (no food items are included). Guests are welcome to add additional items should they wish. Odds Farm Park also offer Party Bag Top Ups for an additional charge.
Our corkage fee is £10.00 per 750ml bottle of wine, sparkling wine, prosecco, etc. Please note that we are unable to permit guests to bring their own cider, beer, or spirits. However, beer and cider are available for purchase from our Restaurant should you wish.
Amendments to your booking - including advising us of dietary requirements- must be made no later than 7 days before your party. Any additional guests added after this time will need to pay the full daily admission rate on the day.
For classic parties, access to the party rooms will begin at either 10:00am if you have booked for the morning slot, or 2:00pm for the afternoon slot. We cannot allow access any earlier than these times. If you would like time to decorate your room, we recommend asking your guests to arrive 15-20 minutes after the slot start time.
For Tea & Tumble parties, the party space can also only be accessed from the start of the time of the party at 15:00pm. Again, if you wish to have some time in the space prior to your guests arriving, we recommend inviting them to arrive later.
Once we have received your final guest list, you will be required to make your balance payment no later than 7 days prior to your event.
Please note, Odds Farm Park is unable to provide refunds. We therefore ask you to ensure you are happy with the minimum number of guests attending at the time of paying the balance, as we will be unable to decrease the number of guests. We will be happy to add additional guests up to 7 days before the party.
No. There will be a staff member to assist with serving food and helping with any questions during your party, however they will not host your party or lead any of the activities.
