How can I see what dates are available for my party?
To see available dates, please click ‘book now’ and select your preferred party type. You will then be able to view the event calendar and available dates for your party.
How do I pay for my party?
All of our parties are based on a minimum of 10 paying children. Our Party Rooms have a capacity of 23 children. We have 1 larger room that can host up to 46 children. Should you require this room, please book a minimum of 24 children to secure this room.
Once you have completed your booking and made your ticket selection, added any required Goodies or Add Ons, you will be asked to pay the tickets and products you have selected.
When do I need to provide final guest numbers & food requirements for my party?
We ask that all final guest numbers and any food requirements are provided no later than 10 days prior to your event. Click here to complete the guest list.
When do I pay the final balance for my party?
Once we have received your final guest list, you will be required to make your balance payment no later than 7 days prior to your event.
Please note, Odds Farm Park is unable to provide refunds. We therefore ask you to ensure you are happy with the minimum number of guests attending at the time of paying the balance, as we will be unable to decrease the number of guests. We will be happy to add additional guests up to 10 days before the party.
When can I access my party room?
For Classic Parties, you will have access to your party room from the time you have booked.
If you have booked a morning party you will be able to access your room at 10am and if you have booked an afternoon party you will be able to access your room at 2pm.
If you are wanting some time to set up or decorate without your guests present, we recommend inviting them from 15 minutes after you have arrived.
Don’t forget, you and your guests will have entry to the farm all day, 10am-5.30pm.
For Tea & Tumble Parties, you will have access to your party space from 3:30pm only. Again, we recommend inviting your guests a little later if you wish to have time to set up without them present.
Entry to the Farm Park is from 3.30pm-5.30pm only for Tea & Tumble parties.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own party decorations.
Please ensure to only use blu-tack to fix your decorations, we request that sellotape and drawing pins are not used.
Can I bring my own celebration cake?
Of course! All party hosts are welcome to bring their own celebration cake to their party, however we do ask that you bring any candles and matches too.
For less preparation before the day, we also offer the option to add a birthday cake to your booking, see Goodies & Add Ons for available options when making your booking.
What’s included in the party bags?
Three toys are included in the Party Bags (no food items are included). Guests are welcome to add additional items should they wish. Odds Farm Park also offer Party Bag Top Ups for an additional charge.
What happens if I need to cancel the party?
Bookings are non-refundable, however in unforeseen or unexpected circumstances, at Odds Farm Park Management’s discretion, bookings can be transferred to an alternative date with suitable availability, no later than 10 working days prior to the booking date.
How do I amend my guest numbers for my party?
Once your guest list has been submitted, please contact our Parties team who will be able to amend your booking for you. Changes to your party will not be accepted 10 days prior to the event date.
If you have paid your final balance and would like to increase your guest list, please contact our Parties team who will be able to take payment for your revised guest numbers. We will be able to accommodate revised guest numbers up to 10 days before your party.
We are not able to offer a refund for booking cancellations, participant cancellations no later than 10 days before the party date, or no shows on the day.
Do I get a party host on the day of my party?
No. There will be a staff member to assist with serving food and helping with any questions during your party, however they will not host your party or lead any of the activities.

What happens if guests want to join my party that are not included on my guestlist?
We ask that all final guest numbers are provided no later than 10 days prior to your event. Additional guests will only receive the discounted rate if pre-booked and added to your guest list. Any guests wanting to join on the day of your party will be required to pay the daily admission rate. We will be unable to cater for any children wanting to participate on the day of the party, however by purchasing a daily admission ticket, they can join you in the party space. We suggest speaking to our parties team should you need to make any changes at parties@oddsfarm.co.uk
Am I able to bring my own food to the party?
Yes, we understand that there may be certain dietary requirements you would prefer to cater for yourself for example.
However some restrictions do apply, and we require notice of your intention to bring your own food in while the booking reaches its final confirmation stage, no later than 7 days before your party. Kindly note that hot food or any food items similar to those which we offer to purchase at Odds Farm Park are not permitted to be brought in from outside. We are also unable to allow food delivery services to the farm. Please be aware, should you order food delivery to Odds Farm Park, the courier will be turned away. In the event that food from other suppliers is brought into the farm, you risk your party being terminated.
