Home educator days.
Join us at Odds Farm Park for our Home Educator Days, designed to combine hands-on learning, exploration, and fun for children aged 4 to 11.
How the day will run:
From 10 am
The day will start in your designated location; each session will be carefully created to encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence through farm experiences. Children will take part in a variety of interactive activities, educational workshops, and engaging farmer-led animal talks, helping them discover more about animals, nature, farming, conservation, and the world around them.
From 1- 2 pm
We’re excited to partner with Explore Learning to offer complimentary English and Maths tutoring sessions, providing additional educational support in a fun and encouraging environment.
This is a self-guided group session, and a bespoke itinerary is provided for each date to allow you to make the most of your visit.
Throughout the day children will have the opportunity to:
Explore hands-on learning activities and themed educational resources
Meet and learn about a variety of friendly farm and rare breed animals
Enjoy interactive animal experiences led by our knowledgeable farmers
Develop social, communication, and problem-solving skills through group activities
Spend time outdoors discovering nature and enjoying fresh air and adventure play
Access our huge indoor Playbarn for all-weather fun and exploration
There will also be plenty of time for lunch, relaxation, and both indoor and outdoor adventure throughout the day.
