Odds Farm Park Ltd- School Booking Terms and Conditions 2026
Booking and Contract
- By submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form the basis of any contract between you and Odds Farm Park Ltd.
- A confirmed booking is only established once:
- The deposit has been received, and
- Odds Farm Park Ltd has confirmed your visit date in writing.
- A binding contract is formed once full payment has been received in cleared funds.
Deposits and Booking Process
- A non-refundable £50 deposit is required at the time of making a provisional booking via our website.
- Following submission, our team will review your booking details and confirm availability within 14 days.
- We strongly recommend that you do not confirm travel arrangements until written confirmation has been received from Odds Farm Park Ltd.
- If your requested date is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Payment Terms
- The final balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to your visit.
- Final numbers must also be confirmed at least 14 days in advance.
- Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in refusal of entry and cancellation of your booking.

- An invoice will be issued for all final balance payments
Group Eligibility
- The minimum booking size is 15 paying guests.
- Bookings below this number must purchase General Admission tickets via oddsfarm.co.uk.
Free Adult Ratio
- For school visits taking place Monday to Friday during term time, one adult receives free admission for every 5 paying children.
- Additional adults outside of this ratio will be charged at the applicable group rate.
- Term dates follow those set by Buckinghamshire County Council.
Amendments and Cancellations
- All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of Odds Farm Park Management, bookings may be transferred to an alternative date within the same academic year, subject to availability.
- A minimum of 10 working days’ notice is required to request a transfer.
- Where less notice is given, Odds Farm Park Ltd reserves the right to retain at least 50% of the booking value.
- Once final numbers have been confirmed and payment made, no refunds will be issued for reductions in group size.
Additional Guests
- Any additional guests not included in the final confirmed numbers will be charged the standard admission rate on arrival.
- Only pre-booked and pre-paid guests qualify for school group rates.
Arrival and Admission
- Schools are required to arrive at the time stated on their booking confirmation.
- Late arrival may affect your schedule and admission cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
- Odds Farm Park reserves the right to refuse entry where payment terms have not been met.
Opening Times and Attractions
- Opening hours, animal activities, demonstrations, and attractions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Certain areas may occasionally be unavailable.
- Schools are encouraged to check the website before travelling.
Supervision and Behaviour
- The school/group leader is responsible for the supervision, safety, and behaviour of all children and accompanying adults at all times.
- Appropriate adult-to-child supervision ratios must be maintained throughout the visit.
- All visitors must behave respectfully towards staff, animals, and other guests.
- Any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour may result in part or all of the group being asked to leave without refund.
Health and Safety
- All visitors must follow on-site health and safety guidance, signage, and staff instructions at all times, particularly within animal contact areas and play zones.
Risk Assessment Visits
- Up to two members of staff may visit free of charge prior to the trip to complete a risk assessment.
- Visits must be arranged in advance via telephone (01628 520 188) or email.
- Valid school or organisation ID must be presented on arrival.
- While a sample risk assessment may be available, schools are responsible for completing their own.
Food and Catering
- Schools are welcome to bring packed lunches.
- External food deliveries are not permitted and will be refused entry.
- Whilst care is taken, Odds Farm Park Ltd cannot guarantee that food purchased onsite is free from allergen cross-contamination.
Seating and Facilities
- Designated indoor or outdoor seating areas cannot be guaranteed.
- Ample outdoor picnic areas are available throughout the park.
Liability
- Odds Farm Park Ltd accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained during your visit, except where caused by proven negligence.
Force Majeure
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that access to Odds Farm Park ltd or the running of its events may be affected as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Odds Farm Park ltd, including but not limited to:
- a. acts of God;
- b. extreme, rare or unpredictable weather conditions;
- c. adverse or inclement weather conditions which make opening Odds Farm Park ltd or carrying out events impossible, impractical or unsafe for staff, Members or Pass Holders, visitors or the animals at Odds Farm Park ltd;
- d. terrorist attack, civil war, commotion or riots or any involvement of the police or fire service which make opening Odds Farm Park ltd or carrying out events impossible, impractical or unsafe for staff, Members or Pass Holders, visitors or the animals at Odds Farm Park ltd;
- e. collapse of buildings, fire, explosion, accident, failure or absence of essential services such as national or local power grid, water or other utilities, power failure or failure of technical or safety facilities; or
- f. any laws, rules, regulations, instructions, orders, advise or guidance from any relevant authority including but not limited to, advice from the Local Authority or Government, that relates to disease outbreaks.
General
- Odds Farm Park Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All prices and offers are subject to change and may be withdrawn in the event of an error. .
