Day One – Saturday 14th June
 Arrival from 10am – Access to set up your pitch and general admission to Odds Farm Park, with access to our acres of indoor & outdoor play and animal activities! Your tent and bags will be transported by our team from your car to our designated camping area.
 5.00pm – Younger guests will receive their Big Sheepover goodie bags – including sleepover certificate, yummy snacks, craft activities and your very own build-a-bear to stuff and snuggle overnight.
 5.30pm – 8.00pm – Enjoy exclusive after hours use of our indoor and outdoor play spaces, including Marmalade’s mini golf, indoor soft play, Marmalade’s mini rovers, outdoor adventure play, and H2Odds water play!
 5.45pm – Join us a for a delicious hot dinner cooked for all the family from our Tea Room. Includes a sparkling welcome drink for adults, soft drinks & water.
 6.00pm – Kids (both young and old!) can enjoy a Mr Whippy for dessert from our Dipple Diner, with a flake and choice of toppings! Additional beers, wine, prosecco and fizzy drinks available to purchase in the Dipple Diner.
 7.00pm – Join our farmers for a private talk in the Animal Barn, and say goodnight to the animals before they hit the hay!
 7.30pm – Little ones can enjoy entertainment and wind down for bed with an interactive storytelling session.
 8.00pm – Grab a deckchair and roast marshmallows over our fire pit!
 10.00pm – Quiet time

Day Two – Sunday 15th June
 7.30am – 9.00am – Breakfast baps, teas, coffees and juices available from our Airstream.
 9.00am – Enjoy private access to our outdoor play spaces before the park opens at 10am!
 10.00am – Guests free to enjoy a second days’ admission to Odds Farm Park

FAQs – all you need to know
Is there a toilet block campers can access? Yes, our Dipple field toilets will be open throughout the duration of the camping weekend, and various hand washing points across the farm park.
Do you have showers? No, we do not have shower facilities on site.
Can I bring my car or camper van on site? Tents are required – we cannot permit campervans or other vehicles on the farm where the pitch location is. Guests will be able to park their cars in our main car park (free of charge) but these will not be accessible between 18.00pm – 7.30am. You will be provided with trolleys to transport your camping kit to the camping area.
Can I bring my dog? No, dogs are not permitted on site, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Can I cook my own food? Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks for their stay, but open fires or cooking equipment are not permitted. The following food and drinks are included in your Big Sheepover ticket:
A hot dinner on day 1.
A welcome sparkling drink for adults, and soft drinks & water
A Mr Whippy ice cream with choice of toppings
Marshmallows for roasting on the fire pit
Day 2 – Breakfast baps, tea, coffee and juices
Lunches and other food items required during our 10am – 5.30pm opening hours can be purchased from our retail outlets, or brought onsite on arrival.
Is alcohol allowed on site? Chilled beer, wine, cider & prosecco are available to purchase from our Dipple Diner, or guests are able to bring their own drinks. Whilst alcohol can be consumed on site, it must be drunk responsibly. Anyone under the age of 18 found drinking will be asked to leave the site immediately.
When can I set up my tent? Guests will be able to pitch up their tents and enjoy access to the Farm Park from 10am on Saturday 14th June. These will need to be dismantled and removed by 16.30 on Sunday 15th June.
I have allergies or food intolerances – what can I eat? Our team will contact all families ahead of the event to discuss any food intolerances or allergies, and a suitable meal alternative or adaptation to meet your needs.
Is the site secure overnight? The camping area will be in our Oddllotment field within Odds Farm Park, with our main entrance and exit points closed outside of our general operating hours of 10am – 5.30pm.
What if I need assistance during the night? A duty manager will be available on call on site throughout the Big Sheepover event, should you need any assistance.
What if I need to cancel? We are unable to offer refunds for this event if a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the event start date. Should you need to cancel within 7 days of the event date, the booking value can be transferred onto an Odds Farm Park gift card for you to use towards a future visit or seasonal event.
Parents and Caregivers are responsible for children at all times. Outdoor play equipment will not be available to use after dark.
