This annual scheme provides you with Farm entry over 12 months. Choose to pay the full year in advance, or as a monthly direct debit.

Each Member will be issued with their own Membership Card, which must be presented upon each visit to gain entry to the Farm Park. Each Member will commit to holding the contract for a minimum of 12 months. For those who Pay in Advance, the Membership will automatically expire after 12 months, and after this date Members will need to purchase a new scheme contract; for those who Pay by Direct Debit, the Membership will be for a minimum of 12 months as contracted and then continue until we receive a 30 day written notice of termination of said contract via letter or email.

Guests who would like to see the same great benefits listed for the Annual Membership, but only wish to visit during the term time, will enjoy our new Term Time Pass.

The Term Time Pass will allow admission Monday to Friday only, and will exclude weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.

All children aged two years and up require a Membership/Term Time Pass, or alternatively a general admission ticket in order to gain entry to Odds Farm Park

Children under 2 years of age, are free of charge to visit the Farm, and do not require a Membership/Term Time Pass to accompany your family, however must be included in each of your admission bookings, that visitor numbers can be controlled and managed.

Each individual person requires their own Membership/Term Time Pass, or alternatively a general admission ticket. Therefore, those wishing to purchase a Disabled Membership/Term Time Pass, would require an accompanying Carer Membership/Term Time Pass.

Memberships or Term Time Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party. A Membership Card and/or Pass is only valid when used and/or presented by the named Member or Pass Holder as printed on the card.

Only the Membership types listed above are available. Each Membership/Term Time Pass must be appointed to named individual, are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party.

We shall be very pleased to have you re-join us an Annual Member or Term Time Pass Holder. If your Membership has expired, or you cancelled a previous Direct Debit, the Membership will no longer be valid, and you will need to make an application to commence a new Membership or Term Time Pass contract.

For those that pay by Direct Debit, after you have completed your Direct Debit 11-month minimum term, you can cancel your Membership by contacting Odds Farm Park ltd at any time by issuing a 30 day written notice via letter or email.

For pay in full Memberships and Term Time Pass Holders, after you have completed your 12-month minimum term, your Membership or Term Time Pass will expire automatically on the date displayed on your Membership Card and/or Pass.

Memberships or Term Time Passes may not be cancelled or refunded during the 12-month minimum term.

We wrote to all Annual Members during April 2021, with confirmation of the extensions available.

Direct Debit payments were paused from January 2021. If you are a Member who pays by Direct Debit on 15th of each month, your payments resumed on 15th May 2021, and if you pay on 1st of each month, your payments resumed on 1st June 2021. 

For those Members who pay in full, we added 4 full months to your Membership after your current expiry date. This is in addition to the 1 month extension from our second temporary closure in November.  For confirmation of your new expiry date, please email memberships@oddsfarm.co.uk.

Simply let us know during your next visit, and will re-issue a replacement card subject to an administration fee being charged per card.

For those that pay by Direct Debit, after you have completed your Direct Debit 11-month minimum term, you can cancel your Membership by contacting Odds Farm Park ltd at any time, by supplying a 30 day written notice via letter or email.

For pay in full Memberships and Term Time Pass Holders, after you have completed your 12-month minimum term, your Membership or Term Time Pass will expire automatically on the date displayed on your Membership Card and/or Pass. After this date you will need to sign for a new Membership or Term Time Pass contract. Your Membership or Term Time Pass may not be cancelled or refunded during the 12-month minimum term.
