Odds Farm Park is officially recognised as an ‘Approved Farm Park’ by the Rare Breed Survival Trust.

Some of the animals at Odds Farm Park are as rare at the Giant Panda or Sumatran Tiger, so we keep log books of all our rare breeds.  This ensures females are selectively bred with males to maintain healthy blood lines.

Click on the animals below to see is a sample of our livestock breeds (including our rare breeds).  If you are coming to see a particular breed, however, please phone in advance as animals on show vary from time to time, especially during the colder months of the year. When you work with animals nothing can be guaranteed and we wouldn’t want to disappoint you.

Undercover Animal Contact Barn

Our all weather Undercover Animal Contact Barn ensures plenty of hands-on fun come rain or shine.

Our visitors can see sheep, goats, pigs, donkeys, rabbits and guinea pigs in the Undercover Animal Barn at all times, including a variety of rare breeds and very often their young too!

Check here for our animal contact advice.

Farmer Led Animal Activities

From stroking rabbits to hand-feeding goats, discover all our farmer-led animal activities available daily across the Farm Park.

Please note our animals are not on display in the paddocks outside during the colder months, because they may have been moved to our winter paddocks where there is more shelter available, or into our undercover Animal Barn to keep warm (where they are still on display for our visitors to see). For this reason, the Tractor & Trailer Rides are paused each winter and usually run from Easter to Halloween. When the ground condition and weather improves, the animals will be re-introduced to their outside paddocks.

During the summer, we may also have to rest some paddocks from time to time, to give the ground a chance to recover.
