Package Includes: Admission to the Farm for the day (10:00-17:30), private party room for 3 hours, Bluetooth speaker for your own music, delicious homemade party food, party invitations, party bags & animal masks, animal feed for the goats and sheep, FREE Admission for 1 Adult for every Child’s place booked.

In the following terms and conditions when we mention the “organiser” we are referring to you as the planner and payer of the party.

  • Price per child is based upon a minimum of 10 paying children per booking, standard maximum capacity per booking is 23 children. For one booking per party session, we are able to provide a larger room, with a minimum of 24 paying children per booking required, standard maximum capacity per booking is 46 children. In the event that the larger room is not booked in at the initial point of booking, it is not guaranteed that this room will be available if booking capacities are increased at a later date.
  • Children aged 12-23 months of age and Odds Farm Park Annual Membership Holders will be charged a different rate for the full Classic Party package. Membership cards must be presented on entry to Odds Farm Park.
  • From 24th July 2025, there will be a change to our pricing structure for children aged 1-2 years. Please see the website or speak to a member of the team for specific details.
  • At the time of booking you will be asked to pay the full balance for the tickets and products you have selected. You will be required to make your balance payment no later than 7 days prior to your event.
  • For guests attending the party with additional needs, and making use of the Disabled & Carer ticket, proof of disability will be required to be presented on entry to Odds Farm Park.
  • Amendments and the Guest List will need to be supplied no later than 10 working days in advance of the party.
  • Party guests receive all day entrance to Odds Farm Park, opening times are 10:00 – 17:30. The hire of the party room is for a total of 3 hours. Available 10:00 – 13:00 or 14:00 – 17:00.
  • Dietary requirements can be accommodated, please specify during the booking process. This has to be confirmed at the latest, when the Guest List is provided 10 days prior to the party date.
  • Invitations, birthday party bags, animal feed and animal face masks are included in the package. Invitations can be downloaded after the booking has been confirmed. Toys, games and puzzles are included in the Party Bags. Guests are welcome to add additional items should they wish. Odds Farm Park also offer Party Bag Top Ups for an additional charge.
  • Complimentary Tea & Coffee is available in the Party Barn Coffee Bar, for adults for the duration of the party only. Adult food platters can be added to your booking for an additional charge, please see Party Add-Ons for more details.
  • Restrictions apply regarding bringing your own food to your party. We require notice of your intention to bring your own food in while the booking reaches its final confirmation stage, no later than 7 days before your party. Kindly note that hot food or any food items similar to those which we offer to purchase at Odds Farm Park are not permitted to be brought in from outside. We are also unable to allow food delivery services to the farm. Please be aware, should you order food delivery to Odds Farm Park, the courier will be turned away. In the event that food from other suppliers is brought into the farm, you risk your party being terminated.
  • Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations to personalise the party room. However, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are strictly observed:
  • All balloons must be securely weighted to the floor to ensure safety and prevent damage.
  • Decorations can be fixed to the designated decoration space within the private party area.
  • Decorations must not be attached to any of the following surfaces including walls, ceiling, windows, furniture, or fixtures.
  • Should decorations be placed outside the permitted area, an additional cleaning or decoration fee of £100 will be payable.
  • We do not to offer refunds. We therefore ask you to ensure you are happy with the minimum number of guests attending at the time of paying the balance, as we will be unable to decrease the number of guests. We will be happy to add additional guests up to 10 days before the party. We are also unable to provide refunds for participant cancellations or no shows on the day.
  • Any guests not included in your guestlist and pre-paid in advance, can gain entry to the Farm by paying the daily admission rate. We will be unable to offer the discounted party rates for any additional guests on the day of your party.
  • Bookings are non-refundable, however in unforeseen or unexpected circumstances, at Odds Farm Park Management’s discretion, bookings can be transferred to an alternative date with suitable availability, no later than 10 working days prior to the booking date. If you need to rearrange your party with less than 10 dates notice, we reserve the right to hold 50% of the balance paid.
