- Valid Dates: The Easter Pass is valid for visits between 28th March and 12th April 2026 inclusive. Farm admission is available from 10:00–16:30 daily, with the Farm closing at 17:30.
- Named Individual: The Easter Pass permits entry to Odds Farm Park for a named individual only. The Pass cannot be cancelled, terminated, transferred to another person, or deferred to an alternative date. Refunds are not permitted.
- Pass Commencement: The Easter Pass becomes active on 28th March 2026.
- Pass Format: All Passes will be issued as digital membership cards, which can be saved to your device’s digital wallet.
- Photographs: Each Pass Holder must have a current and clear photograph associated with their Pass. This can be uploaded during the signup process or taken onsite during the first visit.
- Supervision of Children: All children visiting Odds Farm Park must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 16 years or over. Adults must ensure that children in their care play in accordance with their age and ability.
- Children’s Admission: Admission is required from 1 year of age.
– For children aged 1–2 years, an Easter Pass OneYearOld Pass is available.
– For children aged 2+ years, the Easter Child Pass applies.
Alternatively, children aged 1 year may pay the standard toddler on the door ticket price. - Lone Adult Entry: Lone adults will not be permitted entry unless a prior arrangement has been made and approved by Odds Farm Park.
- Right to Refuse Entry: Odds Farm Park Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any Easter Pass Holder, or to remove them from the premises, in cases of unreasonable behaviour. Unreasonable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
a. behaviour that is inappropriate, threatening, abusive, violent, or insulting;
b. disregard of any specific site rules of Odds Farm Park Ltd;
c. disruption to other Pass Holders, Annual Members, visitors, or staff;
d. any behaviour that constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. - In such cases, Odds Farm Park Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Easter Pass without refund or compensation.
- Use With Other Offers: The Easter Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. The Easter Pass does not entitle the holder to Annual Member benefits, discounts, vouchers, or additional offers.
- Availability: While Odds Farm Park will make every reasonable effort to accommodate visits on a day of the Pass Holder’s choosing, entry cannot be guaranteed on all dates.
