Membership Parties Benefit T&Cs

Eligibility
- This benefit applies when the birthday child or their parent, primary caregiver, or sibling holds an active membership at the time of the party. Eligible membership types include:
  - Annual Membership (Pay in Full)
  - Annual Membership (Direct Debit)
  - Term Time Pass
Exclusive Party Rate
- When eligibility criteria are met, the member receives an exclusive reduced rate on the selected party package.
- This reduced rate is applied to all party guests, including those who are not members.
Valid Membership Required
- The qualifying membership must be active and valid on the date of the birthday party.
  Expired, lapsed, paused, or cancelled memberships do not qualify.
Applicable Party Types
- This offer is valid for:
  - Classic Parties
  - Tea & Tumble Parties
Peak & Off Peak Pricing
- Classic Party packages observe peak and off peak pricing.
  The Member Benefit rate will mirror these fluctuations, and will change in line with standard pricing periods.
Booking Requirements
- The qualifying member must be logged into their membership account on the ticket booking page of our website to access the offer.
- The discounted rate will show as “Classic Party – Member Benefit Rate Child”, which must be added to the basket to secure the reduced price.
- Only one qualifying membership per party booking is required.
- Membership must be validated at the time of booking.
Term Time Pass Restrictions
- Term Time Pass holders may only book parties on dates they are normally permitted to visit under the standard terms of their pass. Parties cannot be held on dates excluded by the pass (e.g., school holidays or other restricted periods).
General Conditions
- The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous bookings.
- This benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time.
